3D SCANNING

We now offer high-accuracy 3D scanning for components, assemblies and complex geometry. Our scanning equipment allows us to capture detailed digital representations of existing parts, even where no original CAD data or drawings exist.

Scan data can be used for dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, component duplication, design development and creating accurate reference geometry for new parts. Whether you need to reproduce an obsolete component, check dimensional accuracy or create a digital record of a part, we can capture the geometry and convert it into usable engineering data for the next stage of development.

CAD DESIGN

Turn physical components, scan data and drawings into accurate, manufacturable 3D designs.

We can reverse engineer existing components, modify and improve existing designs, or develop completely new components from your requirements. Designs are created with the final application and manufacturing process in mind, taking into consideration materials, tolerances, interfaces and manufacturing requirements.

From a scanned component that needs reproducing to a completely bespoke engineering solution, we can take your project from an initial concept or physical part through to production-ready CAD data.

MANUFACTURING

Once a design has been finalised, We can manage the manufacturing process through our network of trusted specialist machine shops and manufacturing partners.

We work with companies we have established relationships with and whose capabilities and standards we know we can rely on. This allows us to select the most appropriate manufacturing partner for each project, whether it requires CNC milling, turning or other specialist processes. We manage the process from engineering drawings and CAD data through to production, helping to ensure that the finished components meet the required specifications.

By combining our in-house scanning, CAD expertise with our established manufacturing network, we can provide a complete engineering service from Initial data capture and 3D printed prototypes, all the way to final component manufacturing.
